We have a unique and complex company logo that has proven to be a challenge for some printers. Not only was communication about what we needed and corrections needed from the proofs easy, Promo Gifts USA was able to fulfill our order and the printing was spectacular. We cannot wait to hand out our custom sticky notes and RFID blocker cards at our booth. We will definitely be using them for future needs.
I had an urgent situation for a Trade Show and Anne helped us find the right product and we received the merchandise two days before our event. We will certainly buy again.
Ordered 12/4. Emailed back and forth to answer questions that were already answered on site when ordered for 10 days. Had to pay again because it didn't process right and was more than original site price. Then they tell me on 12/16 their printer is closed until 1/10. Awesome. They arrived 1/21. Aren't the correct color and VERY cheaply made. I could have made on my cricut. Don't use this company!!
