Buyer beware!!! I went with them because of the reviews, but we have been unhappy most of the process. Once he got half the money, everything when down from there. Took almost a year to get the roof done. Months in-between work being done. Quality of work wasn't the best. Trying to reach Alex is almost impossible. He never answers the phone and weeks before replying to text messages. He said there were more items the insurance company didn't have listed that would make it much cheaper, but now he claims it is right and I hav... read more

We are so impressed with Promontory Roofing!! Alex was very friendly and was on top of the job from beginning to end. The crew, he sent, was absolutely amazing!! They were so efficient and worked quickly as a team. They were able to complete the job in less than 2 days! Plus we did not even find a trace of old shingles or nails in our yard. We have recommended Promontory Roofing to several of our neighbors and friends. They are a pleasure to work with and we would do business again with them in a heartbeat!!
We met Alex Huntington a few weeks ago due to our latest hail storm which caused damage to our roof. He was professional, polite and just so easy going and most importantly he took care of all the insurance issues pertaining to the damages from the hail storm. Everything he promised us, he delivered on. We had 6 men doing our roof who were also polite and professional as well as respected our property during the roofing process.
