Some of these reviews I don’t think are fair. Every single time I walk in these lady’s in the front greet me and my children. The nurses joke with them, and Dr. baughmen has taken the time to get to know my girls. He made sure they were on the right meds and that they were working. We have been going to promise pediatrics for 8 years and every experience has been amazing.
We love everyone there. We have never had an issue with getting appointments or appropriate care. No matter the time, and yes I have called way after midnight before, when they call back they are always still just as nice as when we are in the office. The receptionists are also AWESOME!! They love my kids and I'm sure all kids. I have never seem them without a smile on their face!! We couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our kids (all 6) for care. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL!!
My newborns first visit after leaving hospital, she lost a little amount of weight(which is normal) Dr. Baughman says that he’s concerned with weight loss and gives formula and says to not breastfeed baby but to give formula. I completely ignored his advice as this was not my first child I have breastfeed but I did consult with lactation nurse and she reassured me that it’s normal for most babies to lose a small amount of weight after birth and to keep breastfeeding as that’s best for child and If she did not gain weight wit... read more
Unprofessional & Dr. Baughman shouldn’t have a medical license. Cut my kids meds cold turkey without any kind of notification. When I called for updates for 2 weeks they kept advising me meds were sent in. Only to find out they never were sent in and all of a sudden he wasn’t “comfortable” sending in meds even though he just sent them in last month. Leaving my kid without meds for over a week. DO NOT GO HERE.
Called them earlier this week after hours (at the suggestion of his insurance’s 24 hour nurse line) because my son was running a high fever and they never returned the call. We had to take him to the ER 1:30am because we didn’t know what else to do. Yesterday, I called to ask what kind of cough medicine is safe for my son to take at 12:30pm. They said a nurse would call me back with answers and I never got a call. I had to call THEM at 4:30 and tell them to please let me talk to a nurse because id like to help my sick kid g... read more
