Have been with this practice for 8.5 years. Very disappointing. Wouldn't listen to me as a parent about my concerns. Thankful I have found a good pediatric doctor that listens, is very thorough and is following up on things that have been overlooked for years. We are now facing possible life long issues. Praying that's not the case but it is a very good chance that it will be. The staff from the front desk to the back were friendly and we will miss a few. Some of these reviews I don’t think are fair. Every single time I walk in these lady’s in the front greet me and my children. The nurses joke with them, and Dr. baughmen has taken the time to get to know my girls. He made sure they were on the right meds and that they were working. We have been going to promise pediatrics for 8 years and every experience has been amazing.

I am leaving a five star review because Dr. B is awesome. He is not the doctor that saw my daughter this last time, but one of his associates. I really like her too, haven’t come across anyone in this office that I dislike. Everyone is very professional and very friendly. However, I do want to offer this constructive criticism. My daughter had been running a fever for two days. That was the one and only symptom she had was fever and she didn’t want to eat. And when I say she had a fever, it was 103. Very upset! I love this office and the staff but unfortunately my judgement has changed I get a letter in the mail saying stuff about us being disruptive and a bunch of other stuff. I questioned Dr Baughman and he says to my face the nurses are uncomfortable around ME , that’s why they will no longer see my children! First off all the nurses there and I cut up laugh and talk so I’m concerned of my uncomfortableness, second why would you take it out on the children’s health, because you don’t like their mother! We love everyone there. We have never had an issue with getting appointments or appropriate care. No matter the time, and yes I have called way after midnight before, when they call back they are always still just as nice as when we are in the office. The receptionists are also AWESOME!! They love my kids and I'm sure all kids. I have never seem them without a smile on their face!! We couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our kids (all 6) for care. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL!!
