Supposed to get nurse's visit for wound care today. No show, no message, and no one to answer phone at office. My wound does not get the day off even on Memorial Day.
The therapists are denying therapy for my mom who recently came out of the hospital. The hospital personnel misguided us by telling us that my mom would receive physical and occupational therapy every day since my mom fractured her ankle after and infarct. The supervisor does not return phone calls. Noone cares. This is unheard-of. Do not use Promise Care for anything.
The worse of the worst. One TP came for 10 minutes and when I complained, they sent another TP and He was there for 7 minutes. What kind of therapy is that for someone after a stroke? Do not use this company under any circumstances.
Terrible service do not let them go to your house. Three nurses have come to my house and only one was a professional. One of the nurses cured my mothers wounds in the morning and I had to cured the wounds again when I get home. She did not cover one of the wounds and was really unprofessional.
My parent was receiving Home Care Services, skilled nursing & physical therapy. The nurse who did the home evaluation was very kind, I believe her name was Denise. We enjoyed the Physical Therapies as well, Leo, he was always cheerful when he visited our home. Thank you Promise Care for your services!
