I was referred by A Place for Mom, & figured let me call first to assess if this is a good fit. Sadly, the lady over the phone is very rude. She refuses to tell you anything unless if you make an appt to see the facility (probably greet with the salesperson). I asked a few general question, before I could finish my sentences, she kept interrupting and flat out, telling me "no," "no," "no," and cut me off every time. Amazing facility, my mother lives at this facility and she loves it. The food is amazing, the facility is overstaffed and the games are amazing!!! Not sure about the alley, but now the alley is extremely clean. Love love love this facility!!!
Behind the building is an alley that’s visible and has a huge homeless encampment with rats. This alley is so dirty and smells of urine and feces it’s insane and disgusting.......
