First experience a good one! I used them last year as my escrow company, my first experience. I have to say that mine was not a simple straightforward case because my ex needed to get off the deed. The person I dealt with knew what to do and I didn't have to endure the huge migraine headache that I anticipated. I'm not sure if this is typical or not with this sort of business. This is my first experience with it. I would recommend them and am thrilled it worked out.

Feel Special There's a good reason why she is busy. She's good! We really felt special and she made us feel that way. For those new to the game of home buying it's important to like who you're dealing with. We did.
Above and Beyond 5th closing in 5 months with this office...great job and great communication. On this last closing, we had a nasty city violation issue that they went above and beyond on. They get in the trenches and I would highly recommend them, especially if you have something that could be potentially messy.
No worries at all with them This group took care of our financing as efficiently as if it's their business (which of course it is but not everyone seems capable in this field even though they're running a business). These people certainly knew what they were doing and we experienced no problems at all. Have no worries letting others know that they're recommended.
Another escrow company we used a while back has closed so we discovered this place through a friend and quite like them. They certainly seem to know the business and get back to us when we need them to. All our calls and emails have been returned.
