I've been living here for 8 weeks, and so far so good! I love using the resident portal for talking to the landlord and putting in a maintenance request (one minor issue with the front door that was fixed the next day). Many options for rental payments, access to an app for doing laundry, and parking spot included. Pet and family friendly building that is very well maintained. The management company is terrible to deal with and once they lock you in, they take advantage by withholding amenities and increasing the rent. Way better places to live.
A well maintained clean apartment and a good management company. Timely access to repairs and inquiry - great welcome price for new tenants. Units are also very spacious and the bus-stop is right across the road - No frills is 5 mins drive or 30mins walk from the apartment. French school and WestSpring schools are close by 15/40mins walk or 3-6 mins drive. Coach hill clinic, dental, pharmacy, mini stores are along the road, less than 10mins walk.
