I arrived to take my test to find that the testing center was locked and "closed for maintenance" without any warning or remediation to try and reschedule my test. I had to call Prometric customer service, to which they said they were unaware of this happening. It then took multiple phone calls over many hours to try and reschedule my appointment for which I had DRIVEN OUT OF TOWN to come to.
I scheduled my exam over 1 month ago only to show up today to a sign on the door stating that the testing center is closed. Now the next earliest date is 2 weeks from now. No email was sent to notify me of a cancellation until 25 minutes before the test was set to begin. Irresponsible, and no accountability from prometric.
I showed up for my test and there was no one there. The only thing the staff said when they showed up two hours late was, "we made a stupid mistake".
The people working at this center are friendly, making you feel less stressed. The bathroom was clean, never busy during my breaks. A fridge and microwave are available.
