Showed up for my exam that was scheduled months in advance to find that this facility had experienced computer issues which delayed the first round of test takers that day. (This is the 2nd time I've personally seen some rain knock out their system.) I arrived to take my test to find that the testing center was locked and "closed for maintenance" without any warning or remediation to try and reschedule my test. I had to call Prometric customer service, to which they said they were unaware of this happening. It then took multiple phone calls over many hours to try and reschedule my appointment for which I had DRIVEN OUT OF TOWN to come to.

I scheduled my exam over 1 month ago only to show up today to a sign on the door stating that the testing center is closed. Now the next earliest date is 2 weeks from now. No email was sent to notify me of a cancellation until 25 minutes before the test was set to begin. Irresponsible, and no accountability from prometric.

I showed up for my test and there was no one there. The only thing the staff said when they showed up two hours late was, "we made a stupid mistake".
