The buildings could be marked better, more visible, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming, testing area was clean, quiet, and comfy.

I've used this testing center many times over the course of my career for recertification. It's always a clean environment with welcoming staff.
I had my Series 65 exam at the Prometric Testing Center in Birmingham today, and I cannot say enough positive things about the experience. I made a two hour journey to this location due to a horrible experience at a Prometric Center in Atlanta where I live. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive.
