They say that insurance is accepted. All insurance is accepted, and that you can pay a fraction upfront to cover all expenditures for blood drawers and they completely lied and will not work with you. What a scam.
Your billing/ customer service sucks. Doesn’t know how to bill insurance company. Continues to bill me. Bcbs has requested more information and you haven’t inquired and continue to harass me. I am letting my doctors know not to use your services here in Florida.
The science seems fine and lab results are detailed. Where PL falls down is the back office and support. It can take 15min to never to answer the phones and when I left a voice mail, I did not receive a call back. They are aware they dropped the ball with my insurance which took months to resolve. I can not recommend using their services and strongly suggest your physician find an alternative lab for genetic testing.
