Samantha Perry is great and the staff there are always helpful. Covenant location as well. Ive been going since 2019 and have never had any issues at all and it's always been a pleasant and helpful experience.

Kelly, you are an exceptional NP, a good friend, and the care you give, the knowledge of specialists you referred me to, and the the patience you have shown to me as well as your skilled diagnosis is in all cases remarkable.

My visit far exceeded my expectations for a PCP! I have been searching for a provider and Promenade is the first place that feels like a great fit! I was warmly welcomed in even though my first visit was a sick visit. Kristy is personable and very thorough and the time she spent with me wasn’t rushed. I know I have found a place where my concerns will be heard and practical steps will be taken to resolve/treat any health issue and am confident in her knowledge and professionalism.
Do not waste your time! Lisa was phenomenal! She always answered questions, addressed all of my concerns and was attentive to all my needs. No concern was too small for her. If you look at the reviews they are all about Lisa who is no longer there! She is no longer on the schedule and the newer doctors there are worthless. I went for an annual wellness exam and was in and out in 20 minutes compared to my 60-90 min one with Lisa who went through my whole chart discussing all my concerns.
