Avoid this place at all costs!! What they don't seem to understand is to be a reputable and trustworthy business, they should listen to their customer. If the customer is telling them that the prescription isn't correct and to ask them to recheck the prescription at no cost, this should not be considered a big deal. Especially if you have been a customer as well as your family for over 15 years.
