The 50 plus year old complex is infested with brown recluse spiders as well as mice ants etc. Bees wasp etc. These so-called storage in the laundry room is a joke. I stored a lifelong collection of Christmas from my family. The laundry room floods as well as the property does. There is constantly sewer back up etc. I smelled marijuana and cigarettes non-stop.
