Avoid — damaged my car. Paid $169 for a car polish and wax. Car came back with new micro swirls most likely caused by improper polishing (without first using a clay bar to decontaminate the car). These swirls did not exist prior to the detailing. The technician (Jay) said he would call me back to explain what he'd do to fix it but never did.
