Pulte did a great job building our house.
Our first sales person was fired. Couldn’t get ahold of him. Pricing wrong. Wasnt very people friendly. Maitlyn (sales) and Conner (construction manager) were terrific. Financing terrible. We ended up financing with our own lender. The experience with financing, let’s just say it will take much to type. Run when it comes to financing.
Our experience with Pulte Homes was fantastic! The quality of our new home is outstanding, and the entire process was smooth and professional. The Pulte team, from sales to construction and customer service, was exceptional, making us feel prioritized. Their affiliated companies also provided excellent service.
