RecommendedThe apartment complex is neat, with great amenities and facilities. The front desk staff is great and incredibly helpful, the management is responsive and communicative. I have no complaints.
RecommendedYou're attracted to a place for its location, price, and quality of living but you stay and are blown away once you meet the office staff and how personable, loving, and consistent they are. They treat the residents well and are great communicators. Great people, great living spaces, near 66, near stores, a mall, and restaurants, where else would you want to live?

I want to start this off by saying the leasing consultants, especially Kaitlyn, and the maintenance team have been very pleasant to work with. On the flip side, I would not recommend living at the Reserve to a friend. A few months ago we started experiencing a water bubble in our kitchen ceiling. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! After living here for two years and having a lovely experience with management a new manager Lene came on board right before we moved out. We are now facing charges of nearly $1,200 for a carpet replacement for carpet that was in near perfect condition since moving in. Carpet is meant to be replaced every 5 years per Columbia Crossing's invoice Lene sent us. According to her the carpets were replaced on 3/21/19 when in fact they HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED SINCE 2015.
