Equity Residential & Promenade leasing office staff is RACIST!!! First of all, maintenance takes forever to come. Under no circumstance should you move into this complex. It has been a maintenance nightmare since the start, and now there is a bad homeless problem that the management company can care less about. Twice now in the last two weeks I have seen the same homeless person leaving his cart on the property and rummaging through the trash cans in the middle of the complex. RecommendedI have only been living here for a few months, but I must say that when I needed maintenance they were so quick in responding. I do realize that they have done some upgrades to the apartments I only wish that they could have done a bit more like the window treatments and stove. I also am concerned about parking for guests when coming or going they have been parking all they way down by the dog park. Not to secure for a woman.
