We love this property. Safe environment. Maintenance is always kind/thoughtful. Only complaint is that some neighbors do not pick up after their dogs.
Pricy but matinace and Brian in the office are helpful and polite.
RUN. Seriously, RUN from this place. Getting charged $1105 to replace carpet over ONE small stain that could’ve been professionally cleaned for a fraction of the cost is beyond unreasonable. It’s clear management doesn’t even bother to properly inspect units before charging tenants. The experience here was frustrating from start to finish: 1. Brian was very friendly and professional. He greeted me right when I walked in and gave me the information I needed.
We’ve collaborated with Olympus on several projects, and the leasing office staff is consistently a delight to work with!
