Cindy the property manager will do all she can to take care of things so you feel valued and heard. Things were not as hoped when first moved in and Cindy helped put our minds at easy and helped us to feel like we are happy with this being our home. Update. They added things to my bill I never signed up (like credit building... very clearly saying no we didnt want that and making sure we opted out... 2 months later it is on the bill)so be very careful. To start off with the maintenance team is great! They were professional and timing with requests. I wish I had more positive things to say besides that unfortunately I don’t. If you don’t mind extremely limited parking, and occasionally having neighbors play music thru the walls into the early hours of the morning you’ll be just fine. The units are well kept/new (never seen a bug or mouse) and the pool area is great for kids but the perks stop there. Honestly the price is about right for the area and size. Update: July 2025 The pool is filthy and these people are crooks. They kept the $1,000 deposit and charged us an additional $3,000 at move out. They charged cleaning fees, painting fees, carpet replacement fee and even a "final bill" fee.
