I’ve moved a few tenants into Olympus at the District with our company. This place is great, go find Bryan in the Leasing office he’ll hook you up.
Maintenance is amazing and timely but the property manager Cindy is very rude and unprofessional.
Cindy the property manager will do all she can to take care of things so you feel valued and heard. Things were not as hoped when first moved in and Cindy helped put our minds at easy and helped us to feel like we are happy with this being our home. Update. They added things to my bill I never signed up (like credit building... very clearly saying no we didnt want that and making sure we opted out... 2 months later it is on the bill)so be very careful. To start off with the maintenance team is great! They were professional and timing with requests. I wish I had more positive things to say besides that unfortunately I don’t. If you don’t mind extremely limited parking, and occasionally having neighbors play music thru the walls into the early hours of the morning you’ll be just fine.
