I’ve lived at the Olympus at the District for eight years now and my son has had a unit for eight years as well. We’ve had nothing but problems from day one. The main problem has been Cindy, which is the manager. She’s terrible a horrible, human being.. We have found mice in our units. Plenty of gnats that migrate from other units and also for the past couple of years many black widows on the outside garages.. Great maintenance team!!
So I just moved into my townhouse here at Olympus rather quickly due to an unfortunate issue at my last apartment complex. With that being said, keep in mind this was a quick move in. Kara was the leasing agent who gave me the tour and eventually was the person who handled all the paperwork to get into this place. She has been nothing short of amazing! RUN RUN RUN! Please listen when I say this is one of the worst experiences my family has ever had. I wrote a review when I first moved in because I received a cleaning supply basket. However, just after six months of living there, I never wanted to leave so quickly in my life. I was diagnosed with cancer and had to leave. Keep in mind that I never missed a rent payment, not even once. The paint and carpets were so cheap that’s how they charge you for all the costs when you move out. I really enjoy living here. I became a resident in May. I do not regret my move. The atmosphere and area is perfect. Totally satisfied.
