Be warned. This place is not worth the money you spend every month, and you’re going to pay significantly more when you actually move out. I couldn’t wait to get out of there after my year lease. was charged $2900 on move out for repaint and carpet replacement instead of cleaning because I was told by Cindy they’d have the carpet professionally cleaned for $200. Really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The maintenance team is always fast, professional, and friendly whenever something needs to be fixed. Appreciate all their hard work. Management and maintenance have both been helpful and responsive. Repairs are done quickly and the staff is respectful and kind. Great Place to live!
Management is great moved in smooth and stress free I love it here!
