I wanted to share my feedback about my apartment. I love the space it’s clean, well lit, and very comfortable. The maintenance and management have been excellent, making it a truly pleasant place to live. Thank you!
I have been living at the Promenade since 2018, I originally moved in with my ex and my 2 kids. It is great having the schools across the street and of course the area, everything being so close to downtown, fairgrounds and then the hiking and walking areas close by with that said, they have been passed to 3 different owners since we moved here and that has come with stressful challenges like paying out of our pocket for light bulbs on our porches and in our appointments for appliances ect... We didn't have to pay for these ... read more
I have been living at the Promenade since 2018, I originally moved in with my ex and my 2 kids. Since we moved here we have had 5 managers and 3 new owners. Maintenance changes all the time and reception too, every 3 months.
