I can't encourage parents strongly enough to take your sick kids ANYWHERE ELSE! My wife and I have brought our 3 year old to this urgent care 4 times in the past few years and they have misdiagnosed him every single time. They have missed 4 ear infections, pneumonia is both lungs, and most recently a sinus infection w/ an ear infection. They are either completely incompetent and/or too lazy to care. Either way, find somewhere else to talk your sick child.
