Shady place. Will never return period or recommend anyone to go there. Rather drive the 45 minutes to Michigan to see someone who actually gives a damn!! They don't even deserve 1 star...
I have never waited this long to been seen at an urgent care. I have came here before and waited 2 hours without being seen. This time I walked in 2 people were there I'm still here and it's been an hour. When I asked the nursing assistant who was to busy eating to come and actually talk to me nicely I asked what was taking so long when you have 2 doctors on staff she replied we will bring you back in 15 mins. Takes too long for minor care.they need more staff.and they need better entertainment in waiting area...will think twice before returning or refering anyone !
Ok so if you are sick and don't have a dr. A urgent care is better than a ER. It shouldn't matter that you have to wait at a both places. Both have at least hour wait or more. And when you have place that only has one dr and one aid you will end up waiting. It doesn't make the attitude of the caregivers any less caring. They are there to help you. As fast as they can. So if you are dying in pain go to the ER. But the staff at oregon urgent by dollar tree, was very nice and help full after I did my wait . Facilities was nice ... read more
Waited 2 hours to be seen for my daughters ear pain, then was told it will be another 45minutes, in the waiting room! So we left. Will never go back again. The guy next in line after me also asked for a refund and left.
