I don't recommend this urgent care specifically because of PA Holly. She was rude from the moment she entered the room. She asked my husband why he was there. He explained his symptoms. Then she said "but why are you here? Do you suspect..." She then asked if the medical assistant ran any tests. She provided inaccurate information (said she'd prescribe Tamiflu if my husband was within the 48 hour window and when we pointed out that he'd been sick maybe 36 hours, she said get "in trouble" for prescribing Tamiflu because my hu... read more
When someone comes in with flu like symptoms, maybe test them for flu. I could have had a much easier work week if you would have diagnosed me when I came in Sunday.

Went in for Migraine treatment today. I have always been given good service here when it would be almost impossible to get into my regular doctor. I come in for flu, colds and migraine treatments. I recommend coming here.
I have had to use Promedica Urgent Care Oregon several times due to not being able to get into my own doctor. I have always had great service, polite and concerned health care workers and not a very long wait. DeeDee has been wonderful and Robbie and Nicole were very kind today. Unlike some, I am a patient person if I have to wait. I figure it is because someone needs more help and they will get to me and give me my time when needed.
So I went to urgent care Tuesday night and they gave me a prescription for the virus I had. called them today and told them the medicine is not working and can they write me a prescription for something else. They told me no because the doctor i seen was not there today, but if i wanted to be rechecked i could come over but they will charge me again.
