I've never waited more than 20 minutes nor have any of my family members and I've had appointments with physicians where I've waited more than an hour. If you want faster service to go the emergency room...and that's not always fast either. Some people complain about the wait time during peak time and you must realize that these people are giving up their weekends to help us. Don't bother making an appointment. You still have to wait in line behind everyone who was in the waiting room before you. They many be nice, but that's ridiculous.
Everyone here is professional and seem genuinely interested in helping.
