I just would like to share Eric Biel was so thorough. And had the best bedside manner, more medical staff can learn from him.
I registered before I went. I walked in and was called back immediately. Erica took initial vitals, Angie took care of exam. Ran a strep test to determine course of action. Called me personally with results and instructions. All staff courteous and helpful. Left feeling well taken care of.
This is the only urgent care I will go to! Edit; they no longer offer rapid swab testing and most insurances don't cover the new testing. So disappointed.
NP Suzanne was great. We came in with a small laceration on my mom's hand. She cleaned it out, stitched it and got an xray to make sure there wasn't a fracture from the fall. Thank you for your time and care. Very compassionate.
What I would use this facility for: Getting quick results and prescriptions for flu, strep, COVID; ear infections for kids. What I would not recommend it for: Anything else. My last experience with an NP here was chaotic. I was asked for my history/symptoms, and then given an immediate cascade of "answers" before the provider even gathered more information or did an exam.
