The staff is friendly and they keep the appointments timed well from what I can see. It's clean, comfortable and they seem to be good with kids. Edit: Dr. Claudeen Whitfield is AMAZING! Her bedside manner, the way she looks your child in the eye while communicating clearly, & her honest approach is top notch. My kids are older but seeing a cardiologist can still be intimidating. Dr. Moore and the staff is amazing. We had to go two times so far for my 13 year old. He was very informative but also very fun and relatable to my daughter which made her more comfortable. I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about the entire experience. From from desk staff, all the way to the doctor!
While exams are done in the office, promedica charges them like they are done in the hospital and you will be charged a very hefty amount compared to going to a cardiology office. Would strongly recommend getting your exams/tests done elsewhere and then see the cardiologist.
