Great job stopping my pain in my hand.
Don't go here! This office (Promedica as a whole really) doesn't keep their insurance certifications up to date for providers. I made an appointment for what has always been an in network office. It wasn't until after the visit when my insurance denied the claim that I found out that the PA they assigned me to wasn't just out of network, they weren't even certified with the insurance company. Not certified for ANY billing, period. Now, if one were to ask the office rep if they take my specific insurance they would say yes. T... read more
Dr Zekaj did my knee revision and I followed up with his PA Jim Bitz at the office. Dr. Zekaj is the best! Jim and Rebecca are his PAs and give excellent follow up care. I had an excellent experience with the office staff as well everyone is polite and professional!
Staff are great and courteous. Doctors are first rate. X-ray machine is better than the local hospitals.
