Terrible place, won't prescribe anything they just want to prod you with needles so you have to come back to them like a guinea pig. Don't wait a month to see the lady just go somewhere else! She said I'm too young to be on pain medication & I'm 34 years old! Never been treated like my pain doesn't matter because of my age before!!! Extremely unprofessional group of people, made me wait and hour before talking to me as well. Some high horse activities going on here clearly

The nursing staff and physicians have been wonderful to me. They put me in the right direction so I can maybe get some help

I followed Dr. Otting here when he took over the department in 2023. He is great and has always looks for the best way to treat me as the pain changed. He installed Vertiflex in my spine and it was a game changer.

Went to Dr. James. First thing he did was yell at me for how much medicene i was on. Started weening me off the opiates. Really pushed for a pain pump that of course he does. He was really mean. Left there twice in tears. I dont want a pain pump. But did try to take away pain pills one at a time. Keep in mind that i have lung cancer and a broken back. He didnt care at all. So got down to 2 pills and morphine and am really stuggling with pain and couldnt make my appointment. They said they are excusing me leaving me to dealin... read more
