Very friendly staff
Is there something less than 1 star? They've been holding my prescription hostage for days to figure out if they take my insurance. Who doesn't take Blue Cross? Maddening. Don't go here. Everyone isn't wrong about this. This place is incompetent to put it mildly.
Horrible customer service very unprofessional
Horrible customer "service". Because they're promedica, they seem to think they no longer have to try. Don't come here. My insurance company told my doctor to send a pre-auth to them through this place. My doc called them, sent them the preauth and they completely ignored it. Then, when I inquired, they acted like it was my fault for daring to put it through. Central Avenue is even worse. You are just an interruption to their break time and chit chat.
