Very unprofessional. Signed in and could hear the lady’s talking loudly about gossip stuff for 10 min before they even looked at the sign in chart.
The care was fast and friendly the facility was really clean and well managed the staff really listened and was very thorough with my care plan first time visit and would not hesitate to to return
Was as left in the waiting room will My wife was seen. I was told they need the providers permission for me to attend my wife's appointment. This is Ridiculous. What are we afraid of. After 40 years of marriage, this is the first time I have ever been told such a thing. I could understand if that was her request but it wasn't.
Very unprofessional. Broke privacy laws. Said my social security number and date of birth over the phone without verification of who I am. They demanded I give them all my medical history, medications I'm taking or have ever taken, they wanted my mental health history, my diagnosis, my therapist and wanted me to sign a release of information, they called my employer and gave vital information about my medical conditions that they had no right to do so.
