This hospital sucks. I had to wait 4 hours to get stitches in my finger in the past. We waited 6 hours just for me to find out our daughter has ringworm. Most of the nurses are rude and stand around like they don't want to do their job.

My dad went there to get lab work done, was told the prescription from UT Hospital was not clear on what was needed...funny since another hospital was able to figure it out just fine

On 12/22/14, I went to ER & thought I had severe heart burn. As a 41 year old woman, I had no idea it was anything but since I had never had heart burn before. As you may guess, I was actually having a severe heart attack. The ER staff was on point, up to & including my 2 cardiac arrests. They packed ice around me which in turn helped save my life, as well as helping me come out of a total of 5 cardiac arrests (2 in ER, 2 on life flight & 1 in Toledo Hospital) without any brain damage. Taken my son there a few months ago. Billed insurance which covered it 100% and you still bill me saying it's not been paid. What the hell. How do just lose money seriously this is a freaking joke!!

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly! They had smiles on their faces even though they were at work on the Thanksgiving holiday.
