I love this place. It's very advanced, clean and nice people at Promedica education about seriousness of diabetes. 5 stars
This office is the absolute worst. They split the practice and now pediatrics is in a tiny cubicle and the wait time is unbelievably long to even check in. They sit and watch people who are waiting to be helped but never actually help them.
Called to reshedual an appt was on hold for 23 mins ! I ended up hanging up phone , unacceptable hire more PEOPLE to answer phones. If this how your offices operate I'll be looking for a new Endocrine doctor!
