Have been a patient of Dr. Sziepela sp?? I call & give info for a much needed refill on my pain med. informed they would call back. As usual still waiting, bet they cash their checks on time. What a sad commentary on the office. So we will try again. 87 years old and deserve better. Dr. S. is a fine Dr. but how sad his office staff, another story. Somebody needs to be accountable. Pls advise.
A 40 minute wait for a blood draw is unacceptable.
