Been a longtime customer with them, our product (promark 80) has been extremely reliable considering we use the machine 8 hours everyday non stop. On the rare occasion's we do have an issue with machine they have been able to get someone out generally within a day to get it repaired. Desperate times when we needed it repaired during certain times of year, they have even made the effort to have their mechanic at our office at 4am to do a repair. 10/10 recommend them for product and customer service
Rick is always very helpful when we need to call. Very knowledgeable about the equipment and is able to understand and resolve issues right away. Definitely recommend this company if you want great equipment and expert service and support !
