I've called Vlad for several electrical issues at my house. He has always responded quickly, scheduled appointments promptly, and he and his team always showed up on time. Extremely nice to work with and super professional. I know I will probably need a panel upgrade in the future and I'm happy to work with Vlad and team again.
I needed a company to do the electrical on an old house I was rehabbin. I chose ProMates after meeting with two other companies (and researching many more). The other companies didn’t communicate (answering texts and phone in a timely fashion) nearly as well as Vlad, and their bids were shy on details. I initially contacted ProMates Electric to investigate flickering issues our apartment complex was experiencing. Wondering if it was an internal or external issue. They were quick to diagnose possibilities what could be the issue and provided thorough and clear suggestions we as a building should take in order to resolve our flickering issue.
