I initially contacted ProMates Electric to investigate flickering issues our apartment complex was experiencing. Wondering if it was an internal or external issue. They were quick to diagnose possibilities what could be the issue and provided thorough and clear suggestions we as a building should take in order to resolve our flickering issue. We had an electrician do some repairs to out kitchen and it was a mess! Vlad and Volo from Pro Mates not only helped understand what was done wrong, but crawled up my attic and down under the house to troubleshoot and make my house safe again. Thank you!
