The final product was excellent. The Promar team installing the siding (Jake and team) performed quality work, walked us through every step of the install process, and were very receptive to questions and minor adjustments requested to provide us with the finished product we desired. Our sales representative, Rick, kept open communication, was reasonable with requested changes, and was transparent throughout the process. From the initial phone call estimate I had with Mr. Hrdina, to his in-person quote, to the window installation itself - the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. All I needed was a single window (a side-by-side, so technically a double window) replaced. Mr. Hrdina didn't try to convince me to do more than I needed and gave me a very fair quote on only what I needed. I used Promar Exterior twice now. The first time I had them redo my roof and gutters. They did any exceptional job and where well priced. Then we moved and I had them replace the gutter, soffit and facia on the older house we move into. I will be having them return to eventually replace the siding and possibly the roof.

Last year Promar replaced our windows, gutters, siding & trim, shutters, soffit and fascia. They did a beautiful job. Their crews were friendly and super clean. We couldn't be more satisfied. The neighbors have complimented us on our beautiful "new" house. We have another project in the works, a shed, and we called Promar right away because we knew it would be done perfectly.

I am a board member for a 20 unit townhouse development in Northbrook, Il. The board contracted with Promar to remove all the cedar siding and replace it with vinyl siding. It as a 3 month project. The board and unit owners were very satisfied with the end result. Jake, the lead man on the job was SUPER.
