I had been buying from them several times and had a problem the last time. Mike the owner got back to me after i emailed him and within a day or two ( possible was the weekend). We straightened things out and i have gotten the best service. Mike thank you and we will do buisness in the future

I don’t know where to start. My company bought from them before with never an issue. Called Mike a sales rep and asked for price and availability for something. He said no problem at the end of the week he will send me an email. 2 weeks later I called and he said we where buisy. At the end of the week he will send me the info. Weeks later I send an email to no answer a month later send another email and no answer. Called to talk to the owner and the receptionist said he is in a meeting.
