Had an appointment scheduled for today between 4-5. Wife and I both took off early to be at the house. No one ever showed up or called. I had to call their answering service and was told that I would have to reschedule.
Pro-Mag arrived when they said they would this time. We had miss communications for last Friday (5/4/18) through nobody's fault. Possibly my cellular service dropped the call from you scheduler. Technician Mark introduced himself and set to work checking the outside unit. Then he proceeded to examine the air handler in the attic. He informed me of a few minor maintenance concerns and recommended to have insulation placed in attic. After a short discussion the inspection was concluded.
