Parts department is terrible. Wasted two days and got no where will not return calls
Less than one. My fathers company purchased a used track jaw that had multiple issues with the engine from the first day of use. They refused to make any repairs or help mend the issues and have ignored us at this point. The machine now operates at about 20% capacity. So much for a warranty.
