I ordered my braid maid dress back in October. I was notified to come pick it up in January. When I went to pick it up it was the wrong dress. The lady ordered the wrong dress. It's now April 5th and I haven't received my new dress yet and the wedding is April 30th. The staff does not seem to be concerned that my dress isn't in yet. I would recommend you to pick another place to shop besides Prom USA.

I went with some friends to look today for a dress for a cruise we will be taking in May of 2017... the service was amazing and all the girls were very nice and helped so much!! I will be doing business with them in the futer!!

I didn't think I would find something in my price range when I walked in. But I had an amazing helper and she actually took the time to help me look for dresses. I was just about to give up too. So if you go there ask for Hannah.

I was recently in a wedding and the bride allowed the bridesmaids to pick whichever dress they would feel most comfortable in. With so many beautiful dresses to choose from at this store, the consultants made it easy for me to choose the right dress. They were patient and helpful from beginning to the end and I highly recommend prom USA to all my friends and family for all of their formal wear needs. Thanks so much

They are so helpful! I bough both of my prom dresses, my bridesmaid dresses, and my wedding dress with them. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Just bought my daughter's prom dress here. I have to say this is the best shopping experience we have had. The staff is phenomenal, amazing selection, and great prices! All though we live out of state we will either purchase or oder any of our future dresses from Prom USA!
