Couldn't have asked for better service today.... Kaitlyn and Kayla both took the time to help me place an order for my daughter's prom dress, when 2 other stores closer to my home wouldn't give me the time of day... I realize the stores are busy this time of year, but the fact that not only did Kaitlyn and Kayla work with me over the phone providing guidance with my daughter's measurements, but they even called the manufacturer of the dress, to make sure it was in stock and the order could be filled.... It was a very easy process. We had a wonderful consultant but I forgot her name. She was very efficient and understood what Shawn really wanted.
The staff is extremely patient and helpful, just tell them your budget, what you have in mind, and they will accommodate you.
We came to Prom USA after a wedding outfit catastrophe. My daughter received her custom made wedding outfit and it was un-wearable. It IS a disaster. So on the Monday before the wedding on Saturday, as we tried to decide what to do, we called and they had 4 dresses in stock in the correct size. The staff, (sorry don't remember the names), were wonderful in helping us and taking care of us. They recommended a wonderful seamstress that jumped right in and helped us. When I was in high school I got 2 prom dresses from here.. who knew I would walk in to just "look around" and end up buying another prom dress for my wedding reception?! Kala and the other girl there were so helpful, and so much fun to work with! (See comments for a picture)!!
