Mike was quick and efficient. He explained the process and why he chose a particular method very well. 10/10 would recommend.
Customer Service absolutely sucked! Owner failed to state there was a service fee if services were not used. I still planned to pay the service fee. However, when I brought it to the owners attention, of him failing to state that there is a service fee. He begins to become irate and yell while I’m on the line!
