The robot answer in the phone was kind of weird.
I called to rent a storage unit. I introduced myself then asked whom I had the pleaseure of speaking with. The woman made a rude breathing noise then hung up on me. What happened to proper introductions and phone etiquette.

This review is for the UHaul side of the business, I have no idea what the storage facilities are like but if it's anything similar to the way they run their UHaul business, steer clear. Few weeks ago I called to rent a UHaul van for a 2 mile in town move, I needed the van for 2 days as my partner had class Friday/Saturday and we were getting keys Friday night.
