Scam alert! I would give zero stars if that was an option. The plumber approached the diagnosis in what appeared to be the wrong order. Rather than starting with a basic $136 auger diagnostic, he removed my entire toilet and performed a sewer camera inspection before first ruling out simpler, less expensive causes. I was later told that these additional services would have been performed regardless because the work order came through the HOA and that the HOA pays for a sewer diagnostic. Pros - Job was completed on day reported. The plumber was efficient and left the area clean. Cons - The job was clearing a medium size drain line that runs from one side of our house to the other. The job took about an hour and cost more than 800.00. There were no materials used so this was a labor only charge (after hours charge even through it started around 4:00, snaking about 60 feet, and cleanup).
