Woke up Saturday 9/6 to no water in my house. Researched online and found Proline had 24hr emergency service and really good reviews. They were prompt to get back to me and get someone scheduled to come out that day. That is the end of the good. They came out, could not figure out what the issue was. Noticed a small leak on a backflow assembly near the water meter so they thought maybe it was that. They quoted me $2700 to replace it. Darren was fantastic. He has to deal with a weird issue to get our bidet install and he was able to get it done and truly appreciate the hard work he has done. If tou need plumbing work done I highly recommend Proline plumbing & Sewer you won’t be disappointed

Tyrone was great to work with, arrived ahead of schedule and completed job quickly. Website was user friendly and I was contacted right away for a quote and to be added to the schedule. Highly recommend this company.

I had a stressful situation with a partial clog in the main drain that backed up an entire wing of my house. It was incredibly frustrating, but Proline came through in a big way. They were responsive and got Darren out to my place the same day I called — a huge relief. The situation wasn’t entirely straightforward and required a bit of flexibility.
