Apparently going out of business. I spoke to Fernando and he made it seem like they had huge orders to fill for an Overland company but would get back with me after he had a “meeting” with his guys about whether or not they could build my bumper and get it to me in time for an Overland event I’m attending mid October. Never heard back from him despite trying to contact him multiple times through messenger, calls and texts. Do NOT attempt to do business with these people.
They are going out of business and stealing money from unknowing customers by taking their money and not shipping the products.
Like everyone else here. I ordered on July 9th. It’s now January 2nd. Bumper was said to be delivered in September. NOTHING! This company really needs to work on fulfilling orders? I feel I have been robbed now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! **********************************************BEWARE**************************************************
From tip to tail this is one the worst retail experiences of my life. Late shipment, no communication, parts falling off, no replacement and complete and under disregard for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and buy from literally anywhere else.
Bought a bumper from these guys on 5/30. its 8/26 still no bumper. I got one phone call from them earlier this month when I replied to a post from another unsatisfied customer. I was told i would being getting another call the next day and I would be getting an answer about my bumper. Never got the call. These guys do not answer the phone and they don't answer emails.
SCAM ARTISTS. After 3 months of ordering a bumper, I never heard anything. Every week or two I would call them to check on the status and they keep promising delivery next week. It has been 6 months. They rarely answer to their phones. Horrible experience. SCAM - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
did not deliver my front and back 4runner bumpers, not in 6 weeks as promised, not 8 weeks, not 10 weeks, it is now more than 12 weeks...not sure what is going on with their company??
Ordered the Elite 2nd gen bumper for the 5th gen 4Runner on 4/18/19 supposed to be mailed out in 6 weeks, then pushed back 2 weeks then Another 2 weeks then another 2 weeks then another 2 weeks ..... it has now been 12 weeks... getting worried that they’re actually not going to deliver 🤬🥵😡
Already 5 months..... still waiting for my order. No body answer. Looks like scammers
