Found Prolifters gym after looking at a couple of gyms to train at for my first bodybuilding competition. I don't regret my decision at all! Prolifters gym has a very motivating atmosphere. The entire front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The trainers are great and push you to your limits. The head coaches/gym owners (Tom & Maria) bring tons of experience for anyone looking to compete. Maria also currently competes, and has been very inspirational to me in my bodybuilding journey.
