Dr Heffernan provides a high standard of care
I had a referral and scheduled an appointment, they confirmed everything was good to go. But as I’m traveling to my appointment I received a call. The call was the same receptionist who scheduled my appointment and confirmed it. She now was saying “Sorry the doctor isn’t accepting any new patients” I’m curious as to why I was allowed to schedule the appointment in the first place and I’m also curious as to why they waited until an hour before the appointment to cancel on me. Great people and service.
The staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was easy to work with, he listened and commented well. He asked me how I wanted to handle my situation without pushing for unneeded procedures and let me choose my form of therapy. Will definitely go back for follow ups as needed and recommend to others.
