If you live in Seattle area, I do not recommend using services from proliance. I have been trying hard to get my MRI records, but it seems impossible to get a response from proliance.

I have been so impressed at the care, the knowledge, and responsiveness that has been provided from everyone at Proliance. It hasn’t mattered which department MRI, surgery, physical therapy, you name it, every single staff member has been on top of it to try to get me in as fast as possible. Dr. Nathe has been helping me every step of the way to get my knee surgery done and I am beyond grateful of the quality of care that has been provided.
I knew I needed knee replacement for a while & I am so thankful I found Dr. Chi. My initial appointment with him was very informative. He explained my x-rays, answered all my questions, offered some cortisone until my surgery could be scheduled & never once rushed the appointment. I am currently 6 weeks post op & doing extremely well. My surgery at the Proliance surgery center was excellent. I always felt well taken care of. This whole experience from meeting Dr. Komenda on July 23rd and meeting different staff assistants was excellent
Initially I got the MRI appointment - they called and scheduled promptly. When I asked for an Open MRI they said they will consult with the Doc and let me know. Never called back - I followed up and spoke to the medical assistant who told me that the Doc was good with an Open MRI and that they would call back to schedule an appointment. I waited for 4 days, never got a call and followed up with them. Spoke to the MRI scheduler Kim and she told me that they do not schedule Open MRI and that I would need to call another office... read more

When Dr Boone entered the exam room with a greeting that immediately puts one at ease. — I knew that I had made the right choice and could trust him as my surgeon!
