Worst customer service in the industry! Discriminated against my business and would not sell to me because I do not fit the mold and have a showroom. I remodel homes and I was going to purchase products (on a regular basis) form them instead of the big box stores. Unfortunately my future business isn't important to them and they tell me to contact someone else.
Prolex Flooring has definitely cut corners in their manufacturing in the past couple years. We put their floors down in a living room and my sons bedroom three years back and were happy with the floor so much we decided to get it throughout the rest of the house. Well we made a HUGE mistake! It looks horrible! The finish is completely different and it is not durable AT ALL! It swells up between each board and it looks HORRIBLE!!!
