Technicians were on time, prompt and knowledgeable. Problem was fixed same day!
What a lovely bunch of tradespeople. Very obliging over the phone and helped us last minute with an investment property in Melbourne. Our tenants were having issues with some appliances and also the heating. Sent photos and videos of the before and after process as we were unable to inspect the work in person. Will now be our 'go to' leccies and fridgies in Melbourne. Thank you Prolec!

Had HVAC serviced by Prolec. Also was going to get thermostat upgraded. Prolec damaged the connectors on the thermostat I had provided while doing the quote, so was disappointing experience when I later found out. But would recommend for HVAC cleaning and they were friendly. Thank you.
