I paid a call out fee of $108. The technician came for an hour, could not do anything and they tried to charge me $399 for doing basically nothing. This is silly and ridiculous. The technician also never told me how much it would cost me whilst he was at the site. Told me to get Telstra to come out and they sent me an invoice for $399??!!! What kind of service is this?
