My daughter went to move in to her townhouse. DISGUSTING! Found roaches, filthy carpets, cigarette butts in window sills and etc. I will say after we FINALLY got in touch with the landlord they sent the exterminator right out, the maintenance people came and tore all the carpet out and replaced it next day. Their apt "cleaner" lady came but was pitiful. It definitely was NOT move in ready... I appreciate that they are trying to make things right.
