Clean cut individuals very respectful, good competitive prices in the Athens and Nelsonville area. Great apartments that are as clean as can be and new town homes very close to the hocking college campus
Recommendednice apartments friendly staff the maintenance man give me clothes that he outgrew because he's seen that I was in need caring people I would suggest prokos rentals to anyone that's looking for a study place to live
have been renting from them for about 3-4 months. if you have any issues or something needs fixed they are pretty good about getting out to see whats wrong and fixed within a few days. i never had issues with them but i pay my rent on time every month.
You know when you lock yourself out of your apartment it's kind of important to be able to get a hold of the land lady or a maintenance guy. Called her 4 times and texted her, no answer. Even tried calling the Prokos in Athens as I live in Nelsonville and they wouldn't help me either. I've been stuck outside for about 45 minutes already. Shitty management here. Love my townhouse..... Very quit place to live.... Love the workers... House was so clean.. Fresh carpet and painted walls.. I enjoy living here so far!!
